Poster presentation
The poster session will take place on Monday October 6th from 18.00 until 19.30 hours. The size of the boards provided for poster presentations is 0.9m width x 2m high. The poster boards allow A0-size posters (841x1189 mm) maximum. An author should set up the poster at least 15 minutes before the session starts, and MUST be present at his/her poster during the whole poster session.
The poster jury will select the recipient of the /dr. Ben Wada Award based on the examination of the posters displayed during the poster sessions and upon discussions with the author/authors present during the sessions. The price winning ceremony will take place during the Conference dinner on Tuesday October 7th.
The prize consists of € 500,- and it will be accompanied by a certificate for each of the authors of the poster.
Oral presentation
A regular oral presentation is 15 minutes per speaker with an additional 5 minutes for questions.
The conference room is equipped with a computer and a slide projector. There will be no time to upload your presentation during the sessions. You can therefore upload your presentation in the break before your session. Please be on time and do not forget to inform your session chair about your presence. We would really appreciate your presence during the complete session so we can reschedule presentations in case other presenters do not show up.
NOTE: The conference will be adhering to a strict maximum limit of two conference presentations per conference registrant.
